Overview

Currently serving as Academic Director of Barna Business School in the Dominican Republic of which I am professor and director of Managing People in Organizations area. At the same time I combine my work as Associate Research at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Madrid (Spain) where I have served over the past nine years in different research departments and chairs.

I received my Ph.D. from Complutense University, a MSc. from Clark University, and a BAJ. from University of Navarra.  My areas of expertise and research include strategic human resources, organizational communication, labor relations and organizational behaviour.

I have been doing business consulting in the Human Resources field since 2001 at Madrid Consulting Group. Currently I am also partner and consultant in Digital Operators Group, a consulting firm specialized in social networks, community development and new communication channels applied to organizations.
