Carlos Martí Sanchis

Overview

In my position as Researcher at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Madrid (Spain) over the past seven years, I have served in different research departments and chairs. Currently I am also Associate Professor at University of Navarra, Visiting Professor at Swiss University Educatis Graduate School of Management and collaborate in different postgraduate programs and workshops for executives. I received my Ph.D. from Complutense University, a MSc. from Clark University, and a BAJ. from University of Navarra.

My areas of expertise and research include strategic human resources, organizational communication, labor relations and organizational behaviour.

I have been researching and consulting in the Human Resources field since 2001 at Madrid Consulting Group. Currently I am also partner and consultant in Digital Operator Group, a consulting firm who specializes in social networks, community development and new communication channels applied to organizations.
